Job Description

The role has been published in France, but applications are welcome from all EU countries with MSX facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in analysis data and background on Technical Projects
• Education Background: degree in Engineering/ Statistic/ Mathematics 3/5 years / Statistic Specialist Certificate
• Strong analysis experience and capability
• Ability to represent findings in understandable documents
• Math and statistical skill to estimate numerical data
• Good verbal and written communications
• SQL language
• Language Capabilities
• Identify early warning trends highlighting areas of improvement
• Inform Management of critical areas or misalignments from data analysis
• Investigates directly with operational teams any criticalities
• Monitor activity KPIs, update daily report about dealers' performances
• Produce new reports for technical concerns and new critical trends and technical issues
• Cluster cases on the systems to identify workload by area / technical concern
