Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior ML Engineer to maximise our iteration speed, whether it is moving a model from the research environment to it being tested by millions of users in the apps, or ensuring proper code quality through a fast and robust Ci, or helping researchers iterate fast. You'll be responsible for the deployment speed (from research to the apps), CiCd and any automations we can leverage to improve our productivity. ****while collaborating closely with the other members of the ML team, the product team and the infra team.

Compensation: 125k-150k + Stock-Options/BSPCE
Location: Remote across Europe with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed)

About the Role
  • You will support the team in getting their models in the hands of millions of users as fast as possible with minimum work on their side while maintaining state of the art inference performance.
  • You will own the ML CiCd and ensure that it is robust and reactive.
  • You will support the researchers in speeding up their experiments through better compilation of training models, sharding strategies, identifying bottlenecks.
  • You will work within a multicultural team composed of ~100 passionate, friendly & committed folks.
  • You will be transmitting your knowledge and experience through your code and reviews, and you will have at heart the whole team's progress and impact.
About You
  • You have 4+ years of experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or Jax and are willing to start or keep working with PyTorch.
  • You have build CiCd pipelines that ensured code quality / consistency in both research and production codebases.
  • You have worked on automating the model lifecycle from data collection, training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring in production.
  • You have optimized GPU power usage and model performance (latency, throughput, cost) in research or production environments.
  • You have deployed several deep learning models in production using efficient runtimes in services used in real world apps or products.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership
  • You take initiative and you are at ease to make product & technical decisions.
  • You're curious, are comfortable with explaining or learning depending on the situation. The team has deep expertise and values knowledge sharing and humility.
  • Nice to have: You are familiar with TensorRT, Dynamo, Dynamo-Triton (ex Triton Inference Server), VLLM, TensorRT-LLM.
