Le technicien informatique expert fournira aux utilisateurs une assistance spécifique dans les meilleurs délais (en conformité avec les SLA du client) et en gérant ses priorités de manière autonome. Cela inclut l'installation, le diagnostic, la réparation, la maintenance et la mise à niveau de tout système informatique et accessoires.
L'équipe se compose de techniciens de support de proximité, localisés sur le site du client, pour résoudre les problèmes informatiques ne pouvant pas être résolus à distance.

Les taches et responsabilités principales:
- Résolution tickets dans les SLA définis;
- Dépannage matériel et logiciel niveau 2;
- Installation et mise à niveau du matériel et des logiciels pris en charge (PC, tablettes, scanneurs, imprimantes, etc);
- Gestion du parc informatique, brassage réseau, installation de switch ou autres équipements réseau;
- Détection et résolution des incidents informatiques;
- Support technique et prise en charge de l'équipement existant sur site, y compris les serveurs, les postes de travail, les imprimantes, les équipements de sécurité, réseau et équipements divers.
Job Requirements
- Vous avez une expérience de plus de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire;
- Vous avez des compétences et connaissances avancées des systèmes d'exploitation Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office;
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de Service Now, Microsoft Active Directory;
- Vous parlez le français et l'anglais couramment;
- Vous êtes autonome, flexible, organisé, et vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse;
- Vous savez communiquer des informations techniques à un public non technique;
- Vous avez le sens du service client et un bon esprit d'équipe;
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite.
