Our global end client in Paris is now looking to hire on a permanent basis a visionary and results-driven Chief Product Owner eCommerce to lead the strategic direction, development, and optimization of their global digital commerce platform. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the company’s online customer experience, ensuring seamless integration across digital touchpoints, and driving business growth through digital excellence.
THE ROLE
You will lead a team of product owners, UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders globally to deliver a world-class online experience that meets the evolving needs of the company’s customers and strategic objectives. More precisely you will:
- Define and own the global product vision and roadmap for the company’s eCommerce platforms, aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of product owners and digital specialists across markets and functions.
- Drive continuous improvement of the eCommerce platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with global business units, IT, marketing, and market organizations to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and business impact.
- Champion agile methodologies and product management best practices across the organization.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
- Stay ahead of digital commerce trends, technologies, and customer expectations to keep our eCommerce platforms at the forefront of innovation.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master in Computer Science or equivalent
- More than 10 years of experience in digital product management, e-commerce, and related fields.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale digital platforms and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen and technical background/understanding, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Deep understanding of agile product development, UX/UI principles, and digital analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global matrix organizations.
- Experience in B2B digital commerce is highly desirable.
