Aletiq is building a first of its kind technical data platform for industrial manufacturing. Manufacturers still operate in a way in which data is fragmented, operational teams are siloed and errors are a source of recurrent quality problems. With manufactured products becoming increasingly complex, the existing model and tools to support it are not sustainable, and engineers need a new way to design and industrialise.

Our data platform creates a single source of truth to solve these challenges and drive transformation and collaboration in the industrial manufacturing sector. Aletiq touches every role in the industrial creation chain, enabling collaboration from concept to production and helping companies to become more innovative, efficient and cost effective. Our platform is already deployed in over 50 different factories across 10 countries and is currently used by thousands of people.

Having recently secured a €6m seed round from Point Nine, we are currently adding key hires to help accelerate and support our growth curve.

Integration Developer

At Aletiq, we're building an industrial platform that transforms how teams design, manufacture, and collaborate. Today, over 60% of our clients' employees use our solution daily. With strong market traction, we are expanding and looking for an Integration Developer to join our technical team.

What You'll Do

Working closely with our product and customer teams, you will play a key role in integrating Aletiq with our clients' information systems (ERP, MES, QMS...).

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Design, develop, and maintain connectors between Aletiq and client ERP or third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Participate in the analysis of integration requirements with project teams and technical stakeholders on the client side.
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of data exchanges between systems.
  • Collaborate with the product team to design scalable and high-performance interface solutions.
  • Document integrations and help establish technical best practices.

Note: this role will involve travels to customers' sites, having a driving licence is a plus.

About the team

We are expanding our Tech & Product team, reporting directly to Jérémie Fraudeau, co-founder & CTO, you'll be working alongside talented individuals: 7 Software Engineers, 1 Product Manager and 1 Product Designer.

Who You Are
  • Experience with third-party system integration (developing custom API clients, understanding data models).
  • Solid understanding of major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in javascript or typescript
  • Comfortable with various integration patterns (batch, real-time, file-based, api-based)
  • Curious, detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Experience in industrial environments or SaaS products is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with customer facing interaction

Why we value this role

Our platform enables the most innovative manufacturing companies (nuclear, aerospace, electronics...) to store and manage all their product IP in the cloud. This comes with huge engineering challenges in terms of safety, resilience, performance with heavy CAD files, real-time collaboration...

Aletiq's success depends on an intuitive, seamless user experience that makes handling complex technical data effortless. Your work will define how the next generation of manufacturing companies interact with their most valuable data.

Aletiq is a product-first company and the engineering team is at the forefront. As an Integration Developer, you'll guarantee a smooth integration of our platform with our customers systems.

Our hiring mindset

Our platform has already seen very strong traction but we are only just getting started. We believe that what we are building is truly special and will quickly become the essential SaaS tool driving industrial transformation.

We believe in building teams with a high talent density. This means hiring highly talented functional experts who are intellectually curious with a natural inclination to get stuff done. We believe in providing an environment where these teams have the autonomy to do the best work of their careers.

As an early-stage startup, we value spending time together so operate a hybrid model (2 days in office/3 days remote).

Our hiring process

We respond to applicants before the end of each week and within 24 hours of each interview, we will request and share feedback at every stage.

Applicants can expect the following:
  1. A discovery call to get to know each other better ~ 30m
  2. On site interview with the CTO ~ 1h
  3. Offline technical test ~2h + 30min debrief
  4. Culture add/team add interview with one of the founders ~ 1h
  5. Offer stage

A lot of our interviews are enabled through self-scheduling but we are always on hand to speak to you or answer questions throughout the process.

Aletiq ensures equal opportunities for all candidates. Each application received is considered regardless of ethnic and racial origin, opinions, beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, health or disability.

We are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace. Unique and diverse perspectives are welcomed, and continuous growth is encouraged. We believe that people are more than their resumes, so if your past experience looks different than the criteria listed, we'd still love to hear from you. We appreciate and celebrate non-traditional life routes and encourage you to apply should you connect with a job description or our values.
