About the Job

We are seeking an Data Architect - R&D Data Management to strengthen our commitment to delivering high-quality products. In this pivotal role, you will lead quality assurance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Activities:

Design, structure, and optimize R&D data architecture to ensure data quality, interoperability, and security, while meeting the analytical and regulatory needs of scientific and clinical fields

• Define and maintain the R&D data architecture model (schemas, relationships, flows).
• Establish integration and interoperability standards between source and target systems.
• Work closely with Data Managers, Data Owners, and Data Engineers to ensure the consistency and performance of data environments.
• Implement automation mechanisms for data ingestion and transformation.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance (GDPR, GxP, ALCOA, FAIR).
• Evaluate and recommend new technological solutions.
• Monitor and document the data lifecycle in the architecture.

Requirements

About You

We are looking for candidates who embody our values of Audacity, Care, and Energy:

• Experience: 7+ years in data architecture, ideally in a pharmaceutical/biomedical R&D environment.
• Skills: data modeling, ETL/ELT, relational and NoSQL databases, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Tools: BigQuery, Data Galaxy, Talend/Informatica, Power BI, SQL, Python, REST API.
• Languages: Fluent English.
• Soft skills: Strategic vision, ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms, interdisciplinary collaboration.
• On-site presence: Minimum 2 days/week.
