Within the Group Supply Chain Department, in the Capabilities team, you will report to the Master Data Manager and participate in various data analysis tasks.

Under the responsibility of the Master Data Manager, you will manage data at the Group level (suppliers and purchased products), ensure operational continuity, and lead various continuous improvement projects in parallel.

As such, your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring the integration of Group Master Data (Products and Suppliers) in a reliable and consistent manner by following procedures and making the data accessible to all users within the Group's IT framework.
  • Creating master data codes with the corresponding information.
  • Being responsible for the database to ensure quality (regular analysis and cleanup, duplicate control, final validation before creation, etc.).
  • Leading the supplier community by providing training, sharing best practices, and offering support.
  • Updating and monitoring KPIs, and proposing action plans.
  • Project management: driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

PROFILE

Graduated with a minimum Bac+2 (Associate's degree) in Supply Chain, you have a successful first experience in a similar role. If you are looking to develop in an international and multicultural environment and are curious, motivated, and dynamic, then join us!

Skills:
  • Strong rigor and organizational skills.
  • Agility/Flexibility and the ability to switch between operational and project modes.
  • Autonomy.
  • Analytical and project management skills.
  • Change management / Proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and/or procurement processes is highly appreciated.

Languages:
  • Fluent in French and English (ability to lead meetings in both languages on technical topics, handle phone conversations, and write meeting reports and technical summary documents).

IT Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, charts are mandatory. Power Query knowledge is a plus).
  • Familiarity with SAP is an asset.
