3 years minimum experience is required in customer relationship management (CRM), data analysis, or a similar field.

About the role
Your mission will be:
- CRM Migration & Maintenance :
Participate in the implementation of a new CRM system, including the setup and maintenance of data structures and data flows, as well as the migration of data from the current CRM to the new one.
- Maintenance of Reporting Systems:Oversee the maintenance of intervention reporting systems (Jotform).
- Customer Satisfaction Analysis:Analyze customer satisfaction and maintain the customer satisfaction collection system.
- Data Analysis:Perform data analysis and ensure the CRM and other data are up-to-date. Automate KPI reporting for decision making.
- Installed Base Maintenance:
Maintain the installed base of stations (creation & update)
About you
Bachelor or MBA in computer science, Data or similar domain
3 years minimum experience is required in customer relationship management (CRM), data analysis, or a similar field.
Experience requirements, Competences and Skills
- Proven experience in CRM implementation and maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI or similar tools.
- Ability to work in autonomy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Perfect English and French speaking are mandatory.
