One of our companies is currently looking for a Python Developer in Paris - Station F.

This is a full-time role for a backend-focused engineer ready to work on a high-impact product in real-time AI. You'll be contributing to a live voice AI system used by car dealerships across France and the US to automate customer call handling, lead qualification, and appointment booking. Working from Station F in Paris, you'll collaborate directly with the founding team to scale backend infrastructure, optimize performance, and shape core technical decisions. The environment is fast-paced, with a strong culture of ownership, technical excellence, and rapid iteration.

Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Contribute to infrastructure deployment using AWS, Docker, and related tools
• Collaborate closely with co-founders and product stakeholders to ship features quickly
• Optimize system performance for real-time AI voice interactions
• Participate in key architectural decisions as the product scales
• Ensure high reliability, security, and maintainability of backend systems
• Optionally, support frontend features depending on skillset

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development, ideally in both startups and larger tech environments
• Strong proficiency in Python, with production experience using FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and containerization (Docker)
• Full professional fluency in both French and English
• Strong engineering mindset: autonomous, efficient, and quality-driven
• Based in the Paris region and available to work in-person from Station F
• Bonus: Experience with frontend development
• Bonus: Interest in AI, voice tech, or the automotive sector
