ENTER THE GAME

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will join a team passionate about application, software architecture, and code security, dedicated to ensuring an optimal level of security for the applications developed and used by our players. You will work closely with security experts and developers to define and implement a secure development framework, and to continuously improve the overall security posture.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Embedding security best practices into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Training and raising awareness among development teams on secure coding practices.
• Collaborating with development teams to design and implement secure solutions
• Promoting a strong security culture within Betclic
• Participating in Run activities, including incident response

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Ce job est fait pour toi si :

• Tu as à minima une expérience de 5 ans en tant qu'ingénieur sécurité principalement des applications, architectures logicielles, et du code
• Tu as de solides connaissances en sécurité des applications et des infrastructures
• Tu maitrises des technologies .NET, Kotlin et Python
• Tu as la pratique opérationnelle des outils d'automatisation de déploiement (Github Actions, Jenkins) d'infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker...) et de sécurité (Trivy, SonarQube,...) dans un contexte cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Tu as la capacité à travailler en équipe et dans un environnement collaboratif avec les équipes de développements, de SSI et infrastructure
• Tu as la capacité à communiquer efficacement
• Tu as un esprit analytique, la capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et un sens de la diplomatie

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Security Engineer, primarily focused on application security, software architecture, and secure coding
• You have strong knowledge of both application and infrastructure security
• You are proficient in .NET, Kotlin, and Python
• You have hands-on experience with deployment automation tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), infrastructure technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), and security tools (Trivy, SonarQube, etc.) in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure)
• You are able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, alongside development, security (SSI), and infrastructure teams
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to solve complex problems, and a good sense of diplomacy
• And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Maxime will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Alexandre Kapell, followed by Sofiane-Maxime, your future manager. Finally, Maxime will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
