Northern Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Data & Systems Support Officer to join the Datasets Reporting Unit within Health Information Services.

About Northern Health:

Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne's rapidly growing outer north.

Services are provided through our five main campuses:

Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for data corrections, systems support and general clerical and data entry duties relating to the functions of the i.Patient Manager (i.PM) system and the Dataset Reporting Unit. This role will require generalist knowledge of and assistance with the i.PM system.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Experience and good working knowledge Patient Administration Systems (i.PM preferable)
  • Understanding of data integrity principles, data validation, and data correction processes.
  • Problem-solving skills, ability to think analytically and resolve data or system issues in a timely manner.
