The Opportunity

Are you passionate about innovative IT solutions and technological challenges ? We are looking for a Platform Engineer Lead ServiceNow to contribute to a strategic transformation program.

In this role, you will play a key part in evolving our ServiceNow instance into a DevOps-compliant environment. You will also focus on enhancing our CMDB, ensuring a high level of integration and automation. Your work will simplify and accelerate ITSM processes, boosting the efficiency of our teams and the quality of our services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive, lead and organize the teams to build , own and deliver your services.
• Take accountability for all your services and manage these full end to end following service management (build, own and run)
• Ensures platform alignment with the business strategy and keep the platform as close as possible to Out Of the BoX, provides technical expertise to the platform Engineering team.
• Focuses namely on a coherent platform Integration eco-system and landscape.
• Identify the opportunity of any new product, add-on services
• Provide regular reporting on your services following our quality standards defined.
• Documents the overall platform design and helps to analyze the impact of new requirements
• Participate in workshops.
• Measure the impact of the required functionality on the existing data & processes.
• Provide mentorship and lead Technical/support Admins in the department.

Who Are We Looking For

• You spent at least 5 years implementing ServiceNow integrations and administering ServiceNow platform.
• You have built an ability to understand various functional contexts in the field of IT Service Management and manage Servicenow Production Platform with a wide perspective and strong technical expertise.
• You have relevant experience in architecture, solution design, managing functional aspects and requirements.
• ITIL v4 Certification
• You have Servicenow Certifications among ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, ServiceNow IT Service Management (Fundamental / Implementation) , ServiceNow CMDB.
• Any previous experience in ServiceNow platform "back to baseline" projects, dealing with reduction of customizations is a plus.
• Servicenow scope : Servicenow ITSM, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, Integration Hub, ITOM, Performance Analytics
