YOUR PROFILE :

We're seeking a Backend Engineer with roughly 3 years of professional experience who is excited about building cutting-edge systems and growing in a collaborative environment:

Product-Oriented Thinker:
You're driven by the desire to build systems that directly influence business outcomes and are eager to enhance your technical expertise.

Technically Curious:
You have hands-on experience with Java and are interested in exploring modern technologies like those in our RTB stack, as well as Spring for microservices. Prior exposure is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is key.

JVM Knowledgeable:
You understand the basics of JVM operations and performance tuning and are excited to deepen this knowledge while working on high-performance systems.

Familiar with Reactive & Functional Programming:
You have some exposure to these paradigms and are enthusiastic about further developing these skills.

Architecturally Aware:
