Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Satellite Resources Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in contributing to the resources management strategy over the entire Eutelsat fleet, with the goal to increase the value and yield of the capacity for the entire Eutelsat Group.
This position involves high collaboration with cross-functional teams, requiring coordination with Engineering, Sales, Presales, Strategy, Legal and other relevant stakeholders. Job Overview

What You'll Do:
Within the Strategy and Resources Department, and reporting to the Director of Resources Management, you will:
- Cooperate with the two BUs (Video and Connectivity) asset management Heads to assess resources needs and strategy
- Suggest and prepare capacity regrooming strategies to increase revenues, contract value and capacity yield of the Group.
- Specify, improve and use, Group Resources Inventory tools: Capacity Inventory, HTS Tableau, etc.
- Gather information from various departments (commercial, legal, financial) for strategic projects across different teams.
- Coordinate capacity inventories with Planning Team and share them with stakeholders.
- Prepare regular Group reporting about Fill Rate, Capacity availability etc.
- Prepare content for the Arbitration Committee when required in case of resources request conflicts between the two BUs.
- Coordinate with the Fleet Management team the update of the Restoration Plans by considering the satellite possible configurations and commercial inputs from the BUs. Participate to the update of the Deployment Plan.
- Coordinate and manage the purchase and inventory of the capacity procured from 3rd party operators.
What You'll Need:
- Master's degree in Telecommunication or Aerospace Engineering
- Fluent in English is mandatory; French would be appreciated.
- Experience in telecom or space sector of +5 years.
