Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. MW&CSN department is inside Mobile Network entity and is providing point to point access equipment's all over the world.
The RF/MW team is collaborating with different teams (HW digital, HW Integration, SW/FW teams, TPM, PLM, System & Architecture) and is in charge of the design of all the RF & Microwave boards.

The RF/MW team is collaborating with different teams (HW digital, HW Integration, SW/FW teams, TPM, PLM, System & Architecture) and is in charge of the design of all the RF & Microwave boards.
Responsibilities
As part of the RF/MW team, you will participate to :
- HW development of RF (up to 42 GHz) and millimetric boards (E-Band & D-Band) from the design to the testing
- Follow-up design of RFIC's (architecture, specifications, simulations results and characterization)
- Redaction of technical documents : test report, design, specifications, and simulation reports....
- Cover the following aspects: define RF system architecture, perform simulations, interface with mechanical team, design of electronic cards, define power distribution and consumption.
- Follow development process (V cycle)
Qualifications
EDUCATION :
Master's Degree in electronics specialized in RF and Microwave.
English level required: Excellent communication to collaborate with people across the world..
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of analogue circuit design and main RF components (PLL/synthesizers, modulators, de-modulators, filters, couplers, PA, LNA, baseband parts...) dedicated to transceiver / receiver functions.
- Knowledge in simulation tools for RF design (LT SPICE, ADS, CST, HFSS...)
- Strong experience in design of RF boards (from a few GHz to D band) with knowledge of the HW development process
- Knowledge of test equipment dedicated for RF/MW measurements
- Knowledge of PCB technologies, SMT & microelectronics assemblies
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge in signal integrity and RF layout
- Knowledge in digital communications (theory of information coding and modulation...)
- Knowledge of CAD tools (Mentor, Cadence...) to define schematics and to follow-up layout
RELATIONSHIP SKILLS :
- Excellent team spirit and ability to share knowledge
- Feel accountable on the overall development of the product
- Curiosity in order to enlarge the knowledge and discover new domains of activity
- Be creative and give new ideas to improve the process development or quality of products conceptual skills
- Good capacity for analyzing source of issues and leading investigations to find a solution
- Flexible to manage multi tasks in parallel according to project priorities.
