Job Description
We are looking for an HR Data Officer.
Within the HR Department of the Group's support and cross-functional functions (international scope of approximately 2300 employees), your main mission is to create HR dashboards in order to support the management of the families of professions at the group level.
In an environment undergoing rapid transformation (change of HRIS, deployment of business families), you will join a team of 3 HR people dedicated to the strategic management of the group's support business families (finance, IT, legal, etc.).

We are looking for an HR Data Officer.
Within the HR Department of the Group's support and cross-functional functions (international scope of approximately 2300 employees), your main mission is to create HR dashboards in order to support the management of the families of professions at the group level.
In an environment undergoing rapid transformation (change of HRIS, deployment of business families), you will join a team of 3 HR people dedicated to the strategic management of the group's support business families (finance, IT, legal, etc.).
Your main missions :
- ProposeandcontributetotheestablishmentofHRdashboards used for interviews with the heads of the support functions' business lines,
- Contribute to the correct expression of needs for the implementation of the HR dashboards we need, using the various sources available and the teams in charge of the systems,
- In support of HR, process and study data in order to raise red flags,
- Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials for internal customers,
- Contribute to the improvement of data quality for the scope (e.g. assignment to a cost center, consistency checks, etc.).
Qualifications
Your background?
- Higher education in the field of data analysis or Human Resources.
Your strengths?
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in consolidation, data management and reporting, and have the ability to understand HR issues,
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: Microsoft Excel (advanced macro functions would be a plus), Power BI, and OTBI (Oracle),
- Mastery of Powerpoint,
- Rigor, discretion in the handling of sensitive data, analytical skills, responsiveness, ability to work cross-functionally with various interlocutors,
- Resilience and adaptability to work in a matrix organization
- Autonomous English (B2 minimum).
