Your job? As a Data Analyst, you will have a direct impact on the business by deriving insights from Data and ensuring the quality, usability, and security of Sanofi's data.

Sanofi currently has great opportunities to join our R&D Accelerator. You will have a chance to help build our Digital R&D products by developing outstanding capabilities that will participate in halving the time it takes to bring new therapies to patients such as improving trial efficiency and cycle time reduction leveraging Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. This is a great role for someone who is analytical, creative, curious, with strong attention to detail. Main responsibilities:

• Analyze data and contribute to solution design to meet requirements.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature generation.
• Align stakeholders on data models and definitions.
• Collaborate on developing and implementing data management standards and best practices.
• Gather requirements for sustainable data management.

About you
Experience:

• 5 years of experience DA
• Strong understanding of databases, data management tools (business glossary, metadata, cataloging, data quality).
• Experience with Lean & Agile practices and privacy laws.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Soft skills:

• Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results
• Self-motivated, takes initiative
• Problem solving & critical thinking

Technical Skills

• Proficient in SQL, Python, Snowflake and data profiling
• Familiar with cloud computing (AWS)
• Skilled in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and Informatica Suite

Languages: English
