Senior Technical Business Analyst
Summary of the Role

As a Senior Technical Business Analyst in our team, you will be a key contributor to our success in designing new features that address the diverse needs of our customers and contribute to building our platform vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess Requirements:
  
  • Develop and exchange functional knowledge of processes and end-user products.
  • Analyze and consolidate business requirements into new product concepts or upgrades.
  • Support stakeholders in ensuring requirements are ready for development.
• Functional Design:
  
  • Write feasibility studies, solution documents, and product specifications.
  • APIs Design
  • Ensure functional compatibility with other applications.
• Validation:
  
  • Contribute to test strategy implementation and review test plans.
  • Ensure production integrity by investigating and prioritizing incidents.
• Stakeholder Management:
  
  • Communicate with Product Management, Project Management, and other teams.
  • Interface with customers during various project phases.
• Product Promotion:
  
  • Support product feature definition and contribute to RFP/RFI (Request for Proposal/Request for Information).
  • Provide presentations, demos, and training sessions.

About Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience as a technical business analyst.
• Experience in IT fields such as engineering, software architecture design, or technical business analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex content in a simple and clear way.
• Goal-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English verbal and written communication.

Our collaboration began with InterContinental Hotel Group (19 brands, 100 countries, and more than 800,000 rooms) for which we are building a community Central Reservation System on a cloud-native platform.
