Salesforce Development EngineerSummary of the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
You will be responsible for developing and supporting one of our applications based on the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration and creating new features.

In this role, you will :

• Develop and Implement Solutions: Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform that meet business requirements and enhance functionality.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other applications using APIs and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Customization: Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a team to deliver features, provide technical guidance, and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of solutions and configurations.

About Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Bachelor's Degree or Certified SF Admin/Platform Developer I certification required
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, security model, and coding guidelines
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Aura / LWC components
• Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Previous experience working in a SAFe or Scrum
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM/SAFe or agile environment preferred
