Aim :

You will join the Trade Marketing & Business Development team and report to the Trade Marketing & Business Development Director. Your role will be to be responsible for developing strategies for all off-line multi-channel categories (supermarkets / hypermarkets / high street) and 2 cross-channel categories (Impulse / e-commerce & drive) for specific strategic treatment. You will need to feed into and have an impact on marketing strategies by offering a category-based vision. You will also be responsible for ensuring that these category strategies are successfully converted into omnichannel projects. You will manage a team of 2 Sector Managers and 6 Category Managers. This position is Senior Manager.

Areas of Responsability :

  • You will be responsible for defining the strategies and development levers for each category, in line with the commercial and brand strategies.
  • You will define and integrate the brands' shopper strategy into the marketing plan, in partnership with the Market Managers.
  • You will recommend the resources needed to ensure the success of category strategies
  • You will decide on and arbitrate the allocation of the P budgets (€10m) needed to ensure the success of category strategies.
  • You will ensure that the shopper strategy is successfully transformed into omnichannel operational action plans for the categories.
  • You will work with the Customer Development Manager to define category/customer priorities, in close collaboration with the Brand Managers (supermarkets).
  • You are an agent of change and make a major contribution to the FIRST agenda by integrating the CSR dimension into category discussions
  • You will manage and develop a team of 2 Sector Managers and 6 Category Managers.

Profil recherché :

At least 15 years of Business experience (Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales) with strong Brand management & business experience in FMCG (Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales).
  • excellent long-term business strategic thinking with expertise in marketing strategic and data analytical
  • knowledge French market (customer, shopper)
  • Financial acumen, able to manage P&L and drive business performance
  • Proven project management skills, able to drive cross-functional teams at local and Area Senior stakeholders.
  • Master in Communication techniques : impact on public speaking and on interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset to promote innovation, drive new initiatives and develop communication ecosystem
  • Flexible, resilient, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving and fostering change management
  • Able to work transversally with the different departments and Third-Parties in Ferrero ecosystem and in multi-cultural environment (Europe)
  • Strong influencing and negotiation Skills
  • Proactivity, dynamism, curiosity
  • Result oriented mindset to drive / provide initiatives to develop business
  • Team management : strong skills in recruitment, motivation and development of the people
  • French and English level fluent
