We are looking for an Analyst to strengthen our team.
As part of the team you will support the global organisation advance its Sustainability/ESG Transformation
- Moreover, your contribution will be key to the success of our Stakeholder Engagement structuration and Sustainability reporting.
- Your team will consist of 2 colleagues and a trainee (alternant) reporting to the Group Head of Sustainability.
- Flexible location, preferably Saint-Denis
Responsibilities
- You will lead works in relation to our Just Report ESG extension (Stakeholder Engagement), in coordination with HR for the Human Rights part.
- You will participate in the Stakeholder Engagement at Aperam level, and support its deployment at local level in laision with local teams.
- You will support the roll-out of our ResponsibleSteel deployment, as well as the Sustainability reporting
- You will also support our responses to ESG analysts, and other external stakeholders (EcoVadis) and run benchmarking/legal watch
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master degree with interest in Sustainability
- Minimum years of experience: 3
- Certifications needed / technical knowledge / tools knowledge
- Communication or leadership skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills,
- Other skills considered as a plus (if any): Strong analytical and organizational skill
- Languages required: Excellent command of English mandatory, fluency in a second language amongst the 3 key Company languages: French, Portuguese, Dutch is much appreciated.
