As part of the Tribe Data Platform in the Data Engineering department, we are recruiting a Platform Engineer to strengthen the team responsible for creating and maintaining the technology bricks and services that make up our Accor "Welcome Data" platform centered around Snowflake.
You will participate in the definition, design, and development of the products that drive the Service offering in line with the architecture vision of the DATA department, as directed by the Tribe Data Platform and the domain architect.
Your mission:
You are the key player responsible for the services that support data supply chains, transformation, and value generation. You will be involved in the design and implementation of features, ensuring compliance and maintainability of the developed solutions, and addressing technical challenges related to robustness, performance, and cost optimization.

Daily responsibilities within the Feature Team include:
- Collaborating in the design and breakdown of product features to be implemented.
- Ensuring code compliance and maintainability (TDD, comments, etc.).
- Detecting, analyzing, and resolving incidents or anomalies on team products.
- Being attentive and responsive.
- Contributing to cross-functional projects (software factory-CI/CD, monitoring, catalog, etc.).
- Understanding the purpose of the delivered products.
- Actively participating in the life of the feature team, following Agile ceremonies.
- Ensuring the coherence of the proposed services.
- Respecting and promoting development patterns.
- Participating in the animation of the "Data Tech" community (spreading best practices, code capitalization, tech watch, etc.).
- Raising awareness among our various stakeholders about data challenges and benefits.
Qualifications
And you?
- Degree in computer science, data analysis & Big Data, MIAGE, business consulting, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience related to Data and Cloud domains.
Required Data & Cloud Skills:
- DevOps: Infra and Snowflake resources as code with Terraform.
- Backend: Python, DBT.
- Snowflake as a core product (administration across all services).
- GitLab.
- SQL.
Desirable skills:
- Splunk (SPL).
- Tableau.
- Airflow.
- Dataiku.
General skills expected:
- Knowledge and implementation of Agile methodologies: Scrum & Kanban.
- DevOps culture & techniques.
- Collaboration and teamwork.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- Priority, risk, and alert management.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in operational English is required.
