Adeo Home Services intends to become the Global Home Services operator of our organization by expanding our installation services to customers!

To support the development of ADEO Home services, we are recruiting a Head of Data to build a powerful and scalable Data strategy, while boosting Home Services operations and operational efficiencies.

Your mission

Reporting directly to the Head of Adeo Home Services, you will define and execute our data strategy, employing analytics to support business teams across several countries helping them delivering best in class results.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Accountability for the quality of Data interdependence with product and tech teams
• Ensure the framework is deployed consistently across all streams
• Ensure DATA interdependence with all BUs
• Ensure the accessibility of BU data for AHS and AHS data for BUs
• Animate a multi BU Data stream to implement the "GLOCAL" framework according to AHS Governance.
• Create and co-construct the data vision & strategy with the AHS leadership teams
• Define the dataviz / Big data / AI strategy and uses
• integrate this strategy and these uses into AHS operations to enable industrialization, automation and efficiency

Your profile

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as data engineer or data scientist in consulting, retail/consumer product industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Math or related field.
• Highly organized and results oriented with a high degree of ownership.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude along with creativeness, decisiveness and results-driven mentality for a business-focused way of thinking.
• Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever changing business climate.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an ability to manage and influence stakeholders of all levels in the organization.
• IT stack: SQL, ETL, GCP ecosystem (Big Query, Google Cloud Storage,...) and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic vision.
• Other European languages (e.g: French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German) are a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau...) is a plus.
• People management experience is a plus.
