An offer entitled "Release Train Engineer for Connected Services (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Helicopters.
You will join the AH Information Management Directorate as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) who facilitates ART events and processes, and supports teams in delivering value for Connected Services Agile Release Train (ART).
You will communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
You will also help adapt SAFe to the organization's needs, standardizing and documenting practices. The Connected Services ART is around 100 people distributed in 10 to 12 agile teams. The Connected Services Department leverages operational in-service and maintenance data to optimize and digitalize existing services and to improve profitability and mission performance.
Your working environment:
Major economic hub with Marseille-Provence Airport, Marignane is a dynamic city in the southeast of France. In detail the tasks and responsibilities of the IM RTE position are:
- Facilitating PI Planning
- Supporting PI Execution
- Coaching the ART
- Optimizing Flow
- Improving Relentlessly
Your boarding pass
- 5 to 8 years experience in related area
- Framework knowledge:
> Agile and extended scrum
- Master of SAFE Scaled Agile methodology (SAFe RTE certification, SPC would be a plus)
- Dynamic, proactive, good team player, Flexibility
- Strong facilitation, organization and communication skills
- Autonomy, Enthusiasm, Motivation, Lead by example
- Creative, curious and open-minded for change and continuous improvement,
- Agile and collaborative mindset,
- Tools expertise: Klaxoon, Jira, Confluence, Agile tools
- Language skills: Anadvanced level of English
