The Opportunity
Responsible for developing and implementing a central prospect and customer database to enhance and digitalize entire lead management process within WL SMB/RB. Coordination, control and ongoing optimization of the lead and trigger based customer sales process in the database for all sales channels within WL SMB/RB in cooperation with the responsible sales and IT stakeholder with the aim of optimizing the quality and efficiency of lead management!

The Opportunity
Responsible for developing and implementing a central prospect and customer database to enhance and digitalize entire lead management process within WL SMB/RB. Coordination, control and ongoing optimization of the lead and trigger based customer sales process in the database for all sales channels within WL SMB/RB in cooperation with the responsible sales and IT stakeholder with the aim of optimizing the quality and efficiency of lead management!
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Development of a database for lead management (internal and external leads, new and existing customers) to optimize and digitalize lead management
- Ensure that all leads will be matched against existing customer data as well against the sales pipeline of salesforce.com (reconciliation)
- Each lead will be scored and will be enriched by external prospect information (scoring/enrichment)
- Support Marketing with intelligent data for Lead nurturing and trigger based campaigns for existing customers (Modelling)
- Administration and adaptation of the database to the currently valid processes and framework conditions and, if necessary, further development for automated interfaces, which can include both internal and external data sources (web to lead, lead import).
- Identify opportunities and threats for data lead management and react accordingly
- Control strategies and performance across all SMB/RB and take actions where needed to align back to the intended goals
- Harmonize data driven lead management across SMB/RB
- Coordinate and align with stakeholder like e.g. Sales, Marketing, BSA/CMSI, Risk/AML, BI-Teams and Management to ensure a smooth implementation and management of the database
Who Are We Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Economics or similar education
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of professional experience in the field of data driven sales / database management (B2B advantageous) required, ideally in international companies (financial services advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of database management, sales & marketing process management, modelling and scoring of leads and Salesforce.com
- Experience in communication and presenting on a steering level
- Great affinity for emerging technologies, automatizations, AI and trends in the payment system markets
- Project and Process management skills (ability to lead projects)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment across boarders
- Fluent in English
