YOUR ROLE

Would you like to elicit, analyse and validate business needs of project stakeholders in order to ensure that project deliverables are met ?

If so, we have the opportunity to work as our IT Business Analyst at CEVA Logistics. You will be part of the team responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting IT applications/infrastructure/solutions/architecture to contribute to a first-class IT Management Service for our operations.

The role can be based in France, Spain, UK, Poland, Italy.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You will coordinate work performed through internal customers/business partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
• You will optimize and implements different business applications/ modules for different IT COE's or multiple sites. (Includes Quotations, Design, test activities)
• You will develop knowledge for parts of the IT function. You will drive modern technology initiatives from "idea" to implementation; You establish and define system workflow processes to meet requirements; you identify and define necessary elements for centre of excellence
• You will support, manage, and develop internal customer relations.
• You will coordinate activities involving multiple IT expertise, suppliers, etc.
• You will use standard analytical tools and rules to determine root cause and resolve the broad range of common system or application problems.
• You will use the CEVA 'Demand Process' and CEVA Project Management (CPM) methodologies.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have a degree in IT/Computer Science, Business or comparable experience in the logistics industry.
• You are technology/domain-driven
• You have 2+ years of experience on business analyses and solution design.
• You have experience in operating in large company or recognized IT consultancy advantageous.
• You have experience in any of the following BI Tools, ETL and RPA would be desirable. For example: Report Server, Qliksense, Snowflake, Incorta, Postgres, Power Apps, PowerBI etc.
• You have the ability to understand and document customer's internal and external processes, policies & systems.
• You have a broad view of the business with in-depth understanding of business strategy, operating processes and capabilities, business process standardization, enabling technologies, and governance.
• You have a strong affinity with IT systems and the related impact/benefits to solution design.
• You have an analytical mindset
• You have the ability to navigate in the IT organisation
• You are fluent in English
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
• You can work independently
