Our journey started with a partnership with InterContinental Hotel Group (13 brands, 100 countries and 800.000 rooms) for which we are building a community Central Reservation System on a cloud native platform. We now also support MGM chain (Leader hotel chain for Casinos) on our platform. And we are extending our range of products and functionalities with our ongoing projects with Marriott (First hotel chain in the world) and Accor (Biggest French hotel chain, and part of the Top 10 chains in the world).

Within a multicultural organization spread over Nice, Bangalore, and London, the Reservation team is in charge of the Reservation product of the hotel IT Platform, developing the software used to manage reservations (create a booking, retrieve, cancel, modify, search...) and groups of reservations (negotiated prices for events).

As a Technical Business Analyst in our team in Nice, you would be a key actor of our success in designing new features answering the complex needs of our customers and contributing to building our platform vision.

In this role, you'll find a chance to:
  • Work using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Make recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information
  • Work with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager
  • Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products
  • Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management
  • Size specification and validation work
  • Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders
  • Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility
  • Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy, and review test plan, to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity
  • Ensure traceability of tests with specifications
  • Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents
  • Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project management, Amadeus Customer Services, Implementation, Migration and Development teams
  • Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and implementation phases.
  • Participate to team events - support team stakeholders by participating to team ceremonies: Agile forums, Team meetings, Solution assessments

About Ideal candidate
  • Logical mindset
  • API knowledge (preferably JSON REST)
  • Knowledge on UML methodology, is a nice-to-have
  • Fluent English
  • Good communication, able to adapt its communication depending on the type of stakeholder
  • Able to provide clear and concise reporting
  • Proactivity
