Mission :
• The Asset Transformation Data manager oversees BI & Report Project, including business needs collection, assisted with IT BI team and according to their roadmap.
• Manage and assist on transformation activities for Assets.
• Perform and is owner of the business data modelisation of Assets data.
• Manage Data governance with Data IT team.
• Provide assistance and support to business on data and BI management.
• Coordinate activity with other transformation and business department.
• Animate Asset data PO community through assets departments.
• Assist and deploy data quality process
• Communicate & promote data transformation.
• Creation vision of the asset data activity and Manage transformation team accordingly

Will focus on:
• Team functional management
• Support & Analyse on BI/reporting solution
• Knowing technical & functional usage of solution
• Follow-up of BI activities made by IT BI for Assets department
• Writing or assisting of requirement for creation or evolution purpose
• Be able to challenge IT proposal.
• Performing user assistance & support
• Oversees User Acceptance Test and validate the delivery
• Performing KPI and data extraction for reporting purpose of the department and project follow-up
• Build and animate PO data community on the Assets department

Skills:
• Well organised, ability to prioritise and Proactive.
• Quality of federation of all stakeholders around data
• Advanced knowledge on data modelisation (logical & physical)
• Able to communicate to IT or Business in a clear fashion both written and oral
• Self-Motivating and with strong initiative.
• SQL, Qlik Sense, Cognos, Datawarehouse and ETL knowledge, Git (Data vault 2.0 is a plus)
Experience:
• Experience in BI development and priority management of development
