PLANSEE TUNGSTEN ALLOYS - SAINT-PIERRE-EN-FAUCIGNY - FRANCE

Your Tasks: In this position, you will report to the Sales management of the site of Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny. This position combines both technical and commercial responsibilities and requires a solid expertise and understanding of the market and applications in order to optimize growth in your dedicated market segments (aerospace, nuclear, watchmaking...).

Your role and responsibilities will be the following:

• Ensure sales growth and identify business development risks and opportunities in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Portugal...
• Guarantee premium customer service and provide them technical tailor-made advices
• Develop and implement a coherent account strategy aligned with the division's objectives.
• Be deeply involved in the site's activities and coordinate those of the division and the Plansee network in general.
• Travel to meet customers (30-50%), understand market situations and requirements, and build trust relationships with customers.

Your Profile:

• Hold a degree (Bachelor, Master) in Engineering (Mechanical or Material Sciences) or have strong industrial experience.
• Have some initial experience in Technical Sales, with a customer-centric approach. Experience in the above-mentioned areas will be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and initiative.
• Fluent in French and English
