Under the direction of the Manager, Analytics & Solutions this role will support collaboration with the Global D&T function and Supply Management leadership, to develop our organization's processes to achieve a fully integrated digital information eco-system. Additionally, this role assists in providing limited regular and ad-hoc analysis of sales order, planning, procurement, and capacity related information to the organization. Incumbent will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of organization's processes and other related data through training and capturing documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with Implementing and maintaining a contract management process that documents payment terms, conditions and length of supply agreements to ensure both supplier and internal user compliance
Other duties as assigned
Education : Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain, Business or related
Work Experience : working with enterprise technical solutions and master data

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests
- Serving as a liaison between Regulatory affairs and Global Procurement
- Partner with the technology team to develop or enhance metrics that establish a consistent, coherent approach to data throughout the organization to tie analytics into all enterprise functions
- Provide analytics results directly to business users, allowing them to identify trends and insights; also freeing other roles within Supply Planning from developing their tools, metrics, data queries and reporting
- In conjunction with Supply Management leadership and West D&T, assist with the definition and implementation of processes
- Assists with ad-hoc fixes to systems and processes
- Assist with Creation, maintenance, and reporting of related master data such as pricing and source list
- Act as assisting SAP power user for the global network
- Assist with creation and maintenance of related procedures and operating instructions
