THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH
The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase. You will primarily work with Incubation & platforms products covering digital marketing & commerce platform and digital tools for business
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
As a Primary Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. You will also bring expertise in job scheduling and orchestration, ensuring seamless integration and automation across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and design Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and global tech standards
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across Salesforce environments
• Collaborate with squads to define technical components and select optimal solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with other platforms using APIs, middleware, and job scheduling tools
• Design and manage job scheduling workflows (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, or native Salesforce schedulers)
• Oversee testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce features
• Support incident resolution and performance optimization
• Recommend technical roadmap and reduce technical debt
• Share architectural best practices and contribute to cross-platform initiatives

Technical Expertise:
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization
• Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Proficiency in job scheduling tools and orchestration frameworks
• Experience with integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of data governance, performance tuning, and monitoring
• Ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across squads
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce and scheduling technologies
