Your impact:
Channel Sales - Regional Partner Account Manager
Develops and nurtures a strategic/mutually beneficial relationship with the partner or with a targeted set of distributors, resellers, systems integrators (SIs), managed software providers (MSP's) and/or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and their ecosystem partners to drive additional revenue with joint sales efforts.
Coordinates all regional channel activities with the partner, including education, marketing, executive briefings, business planning and client engagements. This is predicated by working in close alignment with and supporting the Regional Sales Leader and the Account Executives (AE's).
What the role offers:
• Serves as the primary contact to the partner ecosystem, for information regarding product, services, and software transitions, promotions, and configurations.
• Promoting company offerings to become a key part of the partner's business and solutions, bringing in OpenText Cybersecurity AE's to the partner for Channel sourced and Channel through opportunities.
• Developing channel initiatives to generate an incremental and sustainable pipeline.
• Transactional and relationship building, influencing the channel partners, their teams and visiting partner customers at their offices, with the OpenText Cybersecurity AE's.
• Actively engages OpenText Cybersecurity resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with the partner which ensures long- term business opportunities for the organisation.
• Provides the business rationale and risk assessment for onboarding of channel partners, distributors, resellers, MSP's and ISV's.
• Ensures partners are compliant with legal and SBC practices.
• Drives growth through distributors who are managing transactional (smaller) partners.
• Recruits and develops business relationship with new partners.
What you need to succeed:
• Enterprise Cybersecurity Channel Sales (Direct or Indirect) is mandatory, min. 7 years.
• Selling to cybersecurity partners in a complex environment.
• Experienced in Business Development with a personal network within the enterprise cybersecurity Partner & Channel eco-system.
• Has an active network of Cybersecurity Partner executives.
• Educated to minimum Bachelor's degree level, or equivalent
• Must be fluent in French, as well as English, written & spoken.
