Description

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior IT Administrator, you'll be supporting our global IT team with day-to-day tasks and gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies. You'll help ensure that our systems are running smoothly and that users receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the global IT team on IT operations and support
  • Assisting in monitoring systems and infrastructure to help ensure uptime and performance
  • Helping to maintain IT documentation for systems, procedures, and user guides
  • Supporting the setup and maintenance of user workstations and basic IT equipment
  • Applying system and software updates
  • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Learning and following IT policies, processes, and best practices for IT security and support

Requirements

Key Skills and Knowledge (You don't need to know everything, but familiarity is a plus)
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows, Mac and Linux based systems
  • Powershell Scripting Skills
  • Monitoring Systems
  • Active Directory Domain Services, Authentication Systems and Group Policy Objects
  • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms
  • Video Conferencing - Zoom and Google Meet
  • Ability to follow the ITIL processes - Problem, Incident and Change Management

Candidates having any of these will be preferred:
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g. Azure, Intune, Microsoft Office)
  • CompTIA Certifications (e.g. A+, Network+)
