Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?

Au sein de la Direction des Achats du Groupe Renault, vous rejoindrez le service des achats IS/IT de Renault Group dans un environnement stimulant & challengeant.

Nous recherchons un acheteur ou une acheteuse doté.e d'une solide expérience dans les achats IT infrastructure. Le ou la candidat.e idéal.e doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en négociation, une capacité à travailler en équipe et une forte orientation vers les résultats.

Le poste est localisé au Technocentre à Guyancourt(78), en région parisienne en CDI. Vous bénéficierez de 2 jours de télétravail.

Vos missions :

Sourcing

• Réalisation et suivi du processus de consultation (RFI/RFP) pour son propre périmètre en collaboration avec les clients internes et les parties prenantes.
• Technologie / Analyse de marché (une connaissance de l'outil Gartner serait appréciée)
• Spécifications techniques difficiles
• Envoi de RFI/RFP, Offres commerciales collecte et analyse
• Négociation commerciale avec les candidats fournisseur consulté
• Établir une synthèse technico-économique cohérente
• Préparer la documentation pour la sélection des fournisseurs
• Assurer la conformité du processus d'approvisionnement du groupe Renault.
• Coordonner avec le service juridique et les parties prenantes le respect des clauses contractuelles clés avec les fournisseurs (RGPD, SLA, annexe de sécurité, ...).
• Assurer l'archivage de tous les documents relatifs à la consultation, y compris le contrat, dans notre base de données. En charge de la gestion contractuelle de son propre périmètre.

Benchmark / Aspects techniques / Contrat / Panel fournisseur

• Être leader dans son propre périmètre en comparant les solutions/produits actuels avec le marché et les technologies disponibles (techniques/prix).
• Contribue à la transformation digitale du Groupe Renault sur son propre périmètre.
• Être force de proposition en challengeant le Cahier des Charges et proposer des alternatives qui peuvent apporter plus de valeur pour nos clients internes / finaux afin de faire avancer le Groupe dans sa stratégie technologique/digitale.
• Bon niveau de connaissance de la structure et des termes du contrat.
• Gardez les fiches fournisseurs à jour avec les derniers chiffres clés et messages.

Exigences spécifiques pour la partie infrastructure

• Connaissance FinOps & Cloud Computing
• Connaissance des modèles commerciaux (SaaS).
• Contrôle des différentes technologies (Data Center, HPC, Software IT, Mainframe, Serveurs, Stockage)

La performance d'achat / Reporting

• Contribue à la performance d'achat de son équipe et sa direction des achats.
• Responsable de mettre ses propres fournisseurs au défi de réduire les coûts.
• Suivi de ses propres rapports de performance à la direction.
• Animer des revues de performance régulières avec les fournisseurs et sa direction.

Relation Fournisseur

En tant que représentant du Groupe Renault dans les relations avec les fournisseurs :

• Surveiller une bonne et durable relation avec les fournisseurs du panel.
• Procéder à des négociations équitables et promouvoir l'image de l'entreprise.
• Respect du Code d'éthique des achats du Groupe Renault.

Compétences pour réussir au poste :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +5, d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent en achats ou supply chain

Vous avez minimum 6 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des achats et de l'IT notamment Infra.

Vous avez de réelles compétences en négociation.

Vous avez une maîtrise des outils MS Office - Excel (obligatoire), PowerPoint, Word.

Vous avez de bonnes compétences analytiques et de synthèse, gestion des priorités, autonomie, compétences en communication, travail d'équipe, adaptabilité, créativité, maîtrise de soi émotionnelle, orientation client et résultat.

Vous justifiez d'un niveau courant en langues française et anglaise (expression écrite & orale)

In the Renault Group's Purchasing Department, you will join the Renault Group's IS/IT purchasing department in a stimulating and challenging environment.

We are looking for a buyer with a strong IT Infrastructure purchasing experience. The Ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation skills, team-working ability and a strong focus on results.

The role is a permanent contract & will be located at the Technocentre, Guyancourt (78), Parisian region. You will have 2 days of remote work.

Main responsibilities :

Sourcing

• Performing and monitoring of consultation process (RFI/RFP) for its own perimeter in collaboration with internal customer and stakeholders : Technology / Market analysis (knowledge of Gartner tool would be appreciated), challenging Technical Specifications, RFI/RFP sending, commercial offers collection and analysis, commercial negotiation with candidates supplier consulted, establish consistent technical-economic synthesis, prepare documentation for supplier selection
• Ensuring compliance of Renault Group Procurement Process.
• Coordinate with Legal Department and stakeholders the respect of key contractual clauses with the suppliers (GDPR, SLA, Security Appendix, ...).
• Ensuring the archiving of all the documents related to the consultation including contract in our Data Base. In charge of contract management of its own perimeter.

Benchmark / Technical Aspects / Contract / Supplier Panel

• Be a leader in its own perimeter by comparing current solutions/products with the market and available technologies (technical/prices).
• Contributes to the Renault Group Digital Transformation on its own perimeter.
• Be force of proposal by challenging Specifications and propose alternatives which can bring more value for our internal / final customers to move the Group forward in its technological/digital strategy.
• Good Level of knowledge of contract structure and terms.
• Keep Supplier Sheets updated with latest Key Figures and Messages.

Specific requirements for IT Infrastructure Position

• FinOps and Cloud Computing knowledge.
• Business Models (SaaS) knowledge.
• Control of different technologies (Data Center, HPC, Software IT, Mainframe, Servers, Storage)

Purchasing Performance / Reporting

• Contributes to the Purchasing Performance of its Team and its Purchasing Direction.
• In charge to challenge its own suppliers to reduce costs.
• Monitoring of its own Performance Reporting to the Management.
• Animates regular Performance Reviews with the suppliers and its Management.

Supplier Relationship

As Renault Group representative in the relations with the suppliers :

• Monitor a good and a sustainable relationship with the suppliers of the panel.
• Proceeding to fair negotiations and promoting the image of the company.
• Respect of Renault Group Procurement Ethics Code.

Skills required :

You have a master degree, engineering diploma or other

You have minimum 6years of experience in the fields of Purchasing and IT.

You have strong negotiations skills.

You have good knowledge of MS Office - Excel (mandatory), Powerpoint, Word

You are customer oriented & can work with many stakeholders

You have good analytical and synthesis skills, priority management, autonomy, communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, creative, emotional self-control, customer and result orientation.

You are fluent in both French and English (writing/speaking)
