Within the Group, you will join the IT Department, part of GIE AXA Services.

Within this Department, you will be part of the IT Excellence team, in charge of the security expertise.

Your job and daily missions :

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert for security with experience in Cloud and On-Premises platforms to join our team. You act as a first line of defense and will be responsible for reviewing with security aspects solutions that meet the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Assessment: Conduct security assessments on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS infrastructures, as well as on virtualized environments under VMware.
  • Process Implementation: Develop and maintain security processes that comply with GIE security policies.
  • Security Monitoring: Configure and manage security monitoring tools to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Vulnerability Management: In collaboration with CSO Identify, assess, and plan the remediation of vulnerabilities in Windows and Linux systems.
  • Active Directory Administration: Manage Active Directory services, including user and group management, security policies, and permissions.
  • PKI Management: Administer and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate management and associated security policies.
  • Network Management: Oversee and manage network infrastructures, ensuring the security of communications and connections between systems.
  • Security Dependency Analysis: Evaluate and manage security dependencies of applications and systems, identifying risks associated with third parties and external components.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, incidents, and incident responses.

Technical & Professional Skills
  • Experience in IT Security: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and virtualization.
  • Understanding of VMware Environments: Solid understanding of VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Operating System Skills: Advanced experience with Windows and Linux, including configuration management and security policies.
  • Active Directory Administration: Practical experience in managing and administering Active Directory.
  • Network Management: Skills in managing and securing network infrastructures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Security: Ability to assess risks related to IT security. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of information security standards and relevant regulations such as GDPR.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with different stakeholders such as development, infrastructure, Security, and compliance teams
