You will be within the Group Technology Operations (GTO) division, which is committed to delivering IT services and products to AXA Entities and AXA Group through four main activities: contributing to the Group Technology Strategy, designing, and building IT products, ensuring day-to-day operations management, and providing a dedicated interface for delivering Products and Services to AXA entities and AXA Group through markets.

Your team, the IT Sourcing Strategy, leads all the Sourcing Practices for 2 divisions (GTO and Group CIO) to support the AXA Group Operations IT strategies. Your team's responsibilities include:

• Leading the definition, implementation, and governance of the sourcing strategy for the next years
• Leading the yearly Workforce Evolution Plan
• Leading and managing the day-to-day Sourcing Requests
• Support Transformation especially on the definition of the Target Operating Model and the reorganization consequence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

You will support the definition, implementation, and governance of the IT sourcing strategy.

• You will support the definition of the IT Sourcing plan for the next 4 years in close collaboration with division's members (8 products families, 4 markets, 2 transversal Departments, GO CIO and 2 Corp. Mandate Departments) and manage portfolio related initiatives.
• You will support and participate to sourcing initiatives in collaboration with the different owners of programs/projects/topics.
• You will plan and animate working groups composed of other division's members & other executives; Coordinate and federate them and steer decisions under time-pressured constraints.
• You will collaborate closely with IT transformation team on the implementation of the IT Sourcing Strategic plan through Operating Model implementation.
• You will facilitate GTO/GCIO extended LTM offsites (Twice a year) and ad hoc LTM presentation.
• You will support coordination between divisions to simplify the practices, the plannings, the reporting at AXA GO level and create a consistent approach.

As part of the IT Sourcing Strategy team, you will ensure a consistency between all the Sourcing Practices lead by the team (IT Sourcing Strategy/Workforce Evolution/Sourcing request Process) and strength of proposition of improvement.

Qualifications

PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our IT Sourcing Strategy Team at AXA Group Operations. The ideal candidate will have initial experience of around 5 years in an international and multicultural environment, with a strong grasp of transformation or sourcing plan management.

In addition to the required experience, we are seeking individuals with the following skills:

• Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
• In prioritizing & delivering under strong time constraints
• Ability to impulse and drive change in culture and in practices
• At ease and able to deliver successfully in a matrix structure
• Ability to participate effectively in discussions at different levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates a strong collaborative mindset.
• Possesses an expert level at Excel and mastery of Power Point (knowledge of Power BI would be a plus)
• Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
