You will be part of the CISO team responsible for defining and maintaining our security policies, procedures, and controls based on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and risk profiles. The OT Cyber Security expert will play a critical role in preparing the safety and the resilience of the industrial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the OT Cyber Roadmap and build/prepare the capabilities for the company
• Develop and manage OT Cyber governance (Role and Responsibilities, dashboard, orchestrate a cyber OT network...)
• Contribute to risk assessments for OT systems to identify vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate potential risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate the OT Standards creation and assist in implementing security controls and procedures.
• Animate the OT Cybersecurity excellence center.
• Develop and manage Cyber OT awareness/training program
• Define OT Security requirement and policies based on NIST 800-82 Framwork and IEC62443 Standards
• Develop and maintain OT Security processes (Patching, Backup, recovery, SDLC ...)

Experience, skills and behaviours:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ experience on the field of Operational Technology
• Any of the following certifications. IEC certifications, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF,
• 2 + years ICS/SCADA experience
