The Technical Support Specialist's main responsibility is to provide technical support to clients, distribution networks and internal users of technologies and software developed and sold by Creaform (Handyscan3D, HandyPROBE, etc.).

In this respect, your main tasks are as follows:
  • Offer support and technical solutions to technology and software users (remote troubleshooting, answers to usage questions, hardware feedback support)
  • Be the guarantor of the documentation relating to the use of technologies and their availability on the client portal
  • Participate in the quality assurance of software developed by Creaform as well as in the renewal of maintenance
  • Report to product experts on improvement opportunities as well as software and hardware quality issues
  • Contribute to the development of customer service sales.

Profile sought:
  • You have a Bac+3/5 level in computer science or physical/electrical/mechanical engineering and/or you justify a first significant experience in a similar function
  • You speak French, English, and Italian
  • Your relational qualities are complemented by a strong customer orientation.
  • Knowledge of metrology is a plus.
  • Autonomous, organized, resourceful, detail-oriented
  • Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
