Description:
Helps with responding to requests within a timely manner with appropriate level of urgency, and follows up with customers on all issues.
Assists with the escalation and coordination of requests to appropriate support groups.
Assists in the installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of colleague technology hardware and software.
Assists in disconnecting, moving and reconnecting technology hardware for single user, multi-user and office moves as required.
Maintains accurate inventory of local hardware assets.
Coordinates hardware and software requests.
With close instruction, participates in training sessions to enhance knowledge of IT Support and MMC application & systems.
Shadows team members when required.
Assists with assigned projects and local initiatives as needed, gaining hands-on experience.
Occasional weekend / after-hours work for business-critical events or emergencies.
With close guidance, adheres to responsibilities such as compulsory training and education as and when required.
Performs time tracking tasks as required.
Travel may be required.
