Onsite Presence Required 5 days per week

Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include Local Support, Remote Support, and Office IT Management
- Provide daily onsite support for all IT issues, including laptop/desktop support, application support, and network troubleshooting
- Monitor and respond promptly to IT requests from employees in Europe (e.g., Local MDF, network issues, cabling, MFC printers)
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot workplace technology (e.g., room schedulers, AV systems, phone systems, sound systems, TVs)
- Perform daily checks to ensure all office facilities and systems are functioning properly
- Assist with IT equipment procurement, track deliveries, and arrange prompt payment to suppliers
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the client supervisor
Qualifications:
- Understanding basic IT Support/troubleshooting skills.
- Can troubleshoot simple network problems
- Familiar with office equipment like phones, TVs, and video meeting tools
- Good at solving problems and willing to learn new skills
- Comfortable working with others and talking to non-technical users
- Okay with working in the office every day and helping in person
- Experience with Microsoft Office, email, or IT support tools
- High school diploma or associate's degree (or similar experience)
Language Requirement:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues or vendors
- Proficient in English to support a multilingual workplace across Europe
