We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! Reporting to Marketing Manager - Southern Europe, UK, & Ireland, you'llbe responsible for managing website updates, bilingual e-newsletters, paid campaigns, performance analysis, web partnerships, social media, and external review particularly for the French and Dutch markets.

What you'll do:

Websites

  • Execute and implement digital marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager - Southern Europe and central teams to increase online sales for the French and Dutch markets
  • Manage the French and Dutch Le Boat websites, including daily control to ensure functionality (e.g., booking system), and coordinate bi-monthly updates with central teams (SEO, PPC, etc.)
  • Design, translate, and upload content in English/French, English/Dutch (in coordination with a translation agency), and English/Italian when needed

E-newsletters & Competitor Monitoring

  • Implement e-newsletters through Hubspot for French and Dutch speaking markets
  • Monitor competitor activity across websites, e-commerce platforms, and other online marketing channels

Communication, Advertisement & SEO

  • Select, negotiate, implement, and monitor online partnerships (e.g., e-newsletters, banners)
  • Create and track online advertising campaigns, with performance measurement via Google Analytics
  • Optimize website content for French-speaking domains and develop SEO plans in collaboration with the central SEO team

Social Media & Reviews

  • Manage French-speaking social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram via Hubspot
  • Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot and Tripadvisor

Translations & Brochures

  • Translate brochures and other commercial documents from English to French
  • Handle all French translations across digital channels and support Italian translations when required

What you'll bring:

  • Professional experience of digital marketing within relevant disciplines, with a minimum of 1 year spent in a similar position
  • Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, reactivity, creativity, organizational skills, communication skills, French writing skills, flexibility and team spirit
  • Fluent English, French, Italian speaking - Spanish would be an advantage
  • Technology skills, including with a CMS (Wordpress), CRM tools (Hubspot), and Excel
