Centre d'appel / Service clientCreated in 2014, Excelya is a people-centered Contract Research Organization (CRO) that excels with care.
We offer a personal and authentic experience within a young, ambitious health company on the path to becoming the clinical research leader in Europe thanks to our 900 Excelyates. Our unique one-stop provider service model - leveraging full-service, functional service provider and consulting - allows our Excelyates to evolve through a diverse array of projects. In collaboration with preeminent experts, Excelya advances scientific, managerial and human knowledge to improve the patient journey.
For our team members, excelling with care means benefitting from a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal, intellectual, and operational participation so that together we can be the best in our field. We commit to giving each Excelyate the means to express their natural talents, develop their full potential and invest their unique selves in our unique project.
Context:
The rapid growth of our company made us realize we had to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline our processes, improve data management and enhance decision-making.
We first chose a vendor with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and capable of delivering a customized solution. Then we built a project team consisting of representatives from all departments. For instance, that team oversees the implementation process, ensuring that the ERP solution met our business requirements, and train employees on the new system.
We have finished implementing a stable version of the ERP and need every Excelyate to adopt it.
And this is where you come in! We're looking for our future Functional Application manager to join the team and help make this project a long lasting success.
Duties and responsabilities :
Your profile :
Formation : Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience : At least 2 years' similar experience with an in-depth understanding of human resources systems, invoicing and the functional and operational use of an ERP system.
Language : Fluent in English.
