We are looking for a Cloud service management support to join our AXA Partners IT teams.
The Cloud service management support is a key position to ensure the best usage and support of cloud by ensuring that Cloud is managed as an industrialized and optimized services.
Also, with the migrating to the Cloud strategy of AXA Partners, the Cloud consumption is growing and representing several millions of euros per year. The cloud service management support is organizing and managing the budget rules and controls on these key expenses for IT.
You will manage a resource in charge of the Cloud consumption and will have authority on the Cloud Operations team as deputy
It is an International position with interactions with all applications teams and IT regional teams in AXA Partners, and a strong link with Finance and AXA GO teams on the Cloud consumption.
As such, we are looking for someone autonomous, Service oriented, able to manage complex environments and interact with multiple people, with strong costs and budget management appetite.

You are in charge of:
- Define and implement Services Management best practices among the Cloud organization and teams using cloud services
- Implement governance and communication with all Applications teams to support those best practices implementation
- Support the Cloud Operations manager in BAU activites
- Being the deputy of the Cloud Operations manager. In particular, managing Cloud Operation teams during Cloud Operations manager leaves
- Supporting the head of Cloud guild in managing the Cloud guild budget, including with AXA GO
- Following with all applications teams, Finance, and AXA GO the Cloud consumptions, and preparing budget cycles
- Improving cloud consumptions management, working autonomously with GO and Finance
You will be the key contact to Applications teams, Finance and AXA GO team regarding the Cloud Consumption.
Qualifications
Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- +10 years of experience in international environment with at least 5 years in IT roles
- Strong budget and costs management experience
- Strong experience in stakeholder management (both internal and external)
- Strong written and verbal communication for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
- Experience in managing complex issues and/or transversal projects
Technical / Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good knowledge of IT Production and Cloud
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Strong autonomy
- Ability to execute Organizational change
- Capacity to manage a budget in full autonomy
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage teams and topics transversally, in a matrix organization
- Capacity to propose and implement new processes and methods
- Fluent in English
