We're looking for an IT Application Support Specialist to join our team in, Rungis, France- 6-month interim contract (with potential for extension).
Westfalia France is seeking a talented IT Application Support Specialist to become an vital part of our high-performing team. As a key member, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our M365 and D365 platforms, providing comprehensive support including user training, access management, and expert troubleshooting. You'll manage support tickets, collaborate seamlessly across teams, and maintain secure system access, all while leveraging your proactive problem-solving skills and meticulous documentation practices.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive support to Westfalia France users for M365 and D365 platforms.
- Develop and deliver targeted end-user training programs to maximise user adoption and proficiency.
- Manage and resolve support tickets and email inquiries received through the external support queue, ensuring secure and appropriate access.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve support requests and provide thorough explanations to users.
- Onboard new users by provisioning necessary access levels, adhering to established security protocols.
- Proactively troubleshoot user access issues, employing advanced diagnostic techniques to resolve problems efficiently and minimise escalations.
- Contribute to first-level technical support as required.
- Document all support interactions, including problem descriptions, updates, and resolutions, within the designated ticketing system.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting ERP applications, including training delivery.
- Proficiency with standard IT hardware and a capacity to quickly learn IT management software.
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and agile, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated organisational, time management, and detail-oriented approach.
