Your Responsibilities:
IT Support:
• Issuing and managing laptops and peripheral devices
• Assisting with technical issues, especially with monitors and other IT equipment
• Performing hardware installations
• Support with central software and system rollouts

Facility Management:
• Procurement and distribution of office supplies
• Supervision of internal and external service providers
• Support in the implementation of regulatory reporting
• Management and issue of access means

You bring along:
• Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in IT support and/or facility management
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team
• Independent and structured way of working
• High proficiency in French. Professional English level.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment
