Our approach sets us apart. We're a dynamic team of creatives, strategists, and makers working closely with the local Kraft Heinz Marketing Team to deliver breakthrough ideas that solve business challenges at the speed of culture.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and culturally connected Social Media and Content Specialist to join our In-House Agency. This role reports to the Creative & Culture Hub Lead.

  • You will connect some of the world's most iconic brands with Gen Z growth audiences by creating culturally relevant and creatively impactful content across our social media platforms.

  • You will embed yourself within partner brand teams, gaining a deep understanding of Kraft Heinz brands and constantly exploring ways to connect them to target audiences through engaging, culture-first content on social media (and beyond).

  • You will constantly have your eye on the internet and social media culture trends, identifying emerging opportunities and leading the creation of culturally relevant content, either independently or with content creators and producers.

  • You will collaborate with the strategy community to ensure all content aligns with marketing and brand objectives, adhering to established playbooks.

  • You will take ownership of planning and executing content strategies, delivering trend-driven, strategic plans while managing the day-to-day operations of our social media channels.

  • You are the go to person on all things social, culture, and content, bringing innovative opportunities, trends, and ideas to your brand team counterparts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
  • Skilled in in creating, shooting, and editing content,comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
  • Proven experience in content creation for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools in content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to create memes and digital assets using design software of choice.
  • Excellent writing skills in French and fluency in English.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and outgoing mindset, with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a matrixed environment.
