What you will do at Signaturit
- Deploy the new version/hotfixes/new products on the test/pre/pro infrastructure uponprocedure
- Create, manage, and configure virtual machines upon procedure
User and Workstations support, managing incidents and problems in the day-by-day work - Control and maintenance of documentation and assets for the user's scope (PC, laptops, printers, mobile devices, users, groups, mail, phone lines, Windows desktop, software, etc.)
- Manage Active Directory and M365 users, groups and devices
- Follow the procedures and instructions of the Integrated Managing Systems of the company
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context
- Windows Desktop advanced administration (Solving issues, installing SO, Apps, configuring,etc.)
- Windows Server Active Directory Operations
- Microsoft 365 operation and management experience (3 years)
- Linux and MacOs knowledge
- User management, good communication skills
- Networking knowledge
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required
- At least Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) studies
