Description and Requirements
We are looking for an innovative, collaborative, and results-driven Marketing & Partner Programs Specialist to support our commercial segment, working closely with the Marketing & Communication Director. This role involves co-marketing with key partners, collaborating with agencies and trade marketing teams, and overseeing distribution strategies to drive market share and revenue growth. The candidate will also be responsible for adapting marketing assets to local markets, managing budgets, and defining partner programs to foster business growth.

Description and Requirements
We are looking for an innovative, collaborative, and results-driven Marketing & Partner Programs Specialist to support our commercial segment, working closely with the Marketing & Communication Director. This role involves co-marketing with key partners, collaborating with agencies and trade marketing teams, and overseeing distribution strategies to drive market share and revenue growth. The candidate will also be responsible for adapting marketing assets to local markets, managing budgets, and defining partner programs to foster business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-Marketing Program Management: Lead co-marketing initiatives with key partners in France to increase market share and drive sales.
- Agency and Team Collaboration: Work with external agencies and the EMEA trade marketing team for campaign support and project execution.
- Localization of Marketing Assets: Support in localizing brand and product marketing assets, including campaigns, point-of-sale materials, and search engine advertising.
- Strategic Planning with Sales Teams: Collaborate with Account Managers and Product Marketing teams to plan and execute strategies, setting primary metrics for success.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the quarterly marketing budget, ensuring alignment with objectives and effective resource allocation.
- Distribution & Partner Strategy Oversight: Oversee partner objectives and distribution strategies to optimize product reach and performance.
- Product Distribution Program Development: Direct the planning, development, and implementation of programs for distributors and resellers.
- Partnership Growth Initiatives: Recruit, develop, and manage partner relationships, defining and implementing joint business ventures and support programs.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Business fluency in English and French.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic programs with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including sales and product marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing program success metrics to drive informed decisions and improvements.
- Adaptability: Flexible and resilient, able to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions and partner needs.
