Your day at NTT DATA
Rattaché au Directeur des Services de la Business Unit CX (Customer Experience), vous intégrez une équipe gérant des Projets de Centres de Contacts menés auprès de Grands Comptes.
Vous participez à toutes les phases du projet : conception, réalisation et recette des solutions.
What you'll be doing
Vos missions seront:
- Concevoir des solutions pour répondre à un besoin client.
- Rédiger et maintenir à jour les documents techniques (dossier d'architecture, spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles, dossier d'exploitation ...).
- Installer et déployer les solutions techniques.
- Développer et configurer la solution (stratégies de routage, indicateurs statistiques, bandeau).
- Réaliser les tests unitaires et l'intégration de la solution développée et/ou paramétrée.
- Mettre en exploitation la solution.
- Rédiger des modes opératoires.
- Assurer le transfert de ses compétences pour l'exploitation de la solution mise en place.
- Assurer le support technique niveau 3 des solutions déployées en lien avec l'équipe Support.
Votre profil:
- De formation Bac +5, Universitaire ou Ingénieur Telecom, vous êtes fort d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire (sur l'un ou plusieurs des axes décrits).
- Vous avez impérativement développé des compétences avancées sur la solution Genesys Cloud.
- Vous vous passionnez pour les solutions logicielles, et notamment les technologies Web.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable (lu, écrit et parlé).
- Vous possédez le sens de l'engagement et du service, des qualités de rigueur et une très grande autonomie.
- Vous souhaitez travailler au sein d'une équipe jeune et dynamique, intégrer une Entreprise qui puisse vous former et vous accompagner dans votre parcours professionnel, et bénéficier d'une évolution de carrière intéressante.
