Le conseiller technique clinique CI est chargé de fournir une assistance clinique et technique à distance sur nos produits et la gestion des comptes. En tant que conseiller technique clinique CI chez Cochlear, vous jouerez un rôle central dans l'assistance à apporter aux professionnels de la santé, au personnel du terrain et aux patients porteurs d'un implant cochléaire.

Au sein de la division implant cochléaire de notre filiale française et en collaborant avec le pôle B2B et B2C qui composent le service client, vos missions principales seront :

  • Apporter un support Ă  l'Ă©quipe terrain en fournissant une assistance tĂ©lĂ©phonique technique/clinique et sur les rĂ©glages des implants cochlĂ©aires
  • Suivre les procĂ©dures relatives aux rĂ©clamations clients
  • Apporter un support sur les logiciels et les Ă©quipements de rĂ©glage
  • GĂ©rer le suivi des activitĂ©s dans le CRM conformĂ©ment aux procĂ©dures et polices internes.
  • Assister le service client dans la rĂ©solution de problĂ©matiques terrain rĂ©currentes
  • Assister le terrain lors d'Ă©vènements avec les hĂ´pitaux, rencontres de professionnels ou de patients
  • Participer et contribuer activement aux rĂ©unions transversales et d'Ă©quipe.
  • S'engager dans des Ă©vènements EMEA, forum, et rĂ©seau afin de rester au fait des tendances et dĂ©veloppements de l'industrie

Idéalement, vous répondez aux exigences suivantes:
  • 2 Ă  3 ans d'expĂ©rience sur un poste similaire idĂ©alement dans un secteur d'activitĂ© rĂ©glementĂ©.
  • Orientation process et sens du service clients
  • Anglais confirmĂ©
  • Gestion des prioritĂ©s et rĂ©activitĂ©
  • Rigueur
  • Force de proposition
  • La connaissance d'un ERP et d'un CRM sont des atouts
